Thank you for choosing our custom LED grow lights. As all products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless specific conditions outlined below are met.

Non-Returnable Items

All custom-manufactured products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Products manufactured according to customer-specified dimensions or configuration requirements
Products that have been used or installed
Exceptions—When We Accept Returns or Refunds

We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund if:

The product arrives with manufacturing defects or damage sustained during shipping
The product does not match the confirmed order specifications
To initiate a claim, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt and provide photos or videos documenting the issue.

How to Submit a Claim
